Calm Within is designed to help you move from feeling constantly switched on to feeling more settled, supported and at ease in yourself.

Through gentle somatic movement, breathwork, grounding practices, nervous system support and deep rest, you will begin to understand how stress shows up in your body and learn simple ways to respond with more care and awareness.

This is not about avoiding stress completely.

It is about building the tools, resilience and self-trust to return to a place of calm when life feels overwhelming.

This programme is gentle, practical, and body-led

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Yes. The programme has been designed for people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, dysregulated, or emotionally overloaded. The practices are slow and supportive.

  • A 1hr gentle yoga/breathwork class (Mondays @ 6.30pm IST) and a 1hr group wellness coaching session (Thursdays @ 10.30am IST) are included per week. These can be attended live and/or the recordings will be made available for you to use at a day/time that suits your schedule. You can benefit from short, consistent practices. Even 5 to 10 minutes at a time can support nervous system regulation.

  • No. Calm Within is an educational and wellbeing programme. It does not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic support.

  • No. The movement practices are gentle, grounding, and accessible. You do not need to be flexible or experienced.

  • You are welcome exactly as you are. The programme is designed to support people who feel tired, depleted, and stretched thin.

  • Absolutely not. Calm Within is designed to meet you exactly where you are. You do not need to be fit, flexible, experienced, or confident in movement to join.

    Everything inside the programme is gentle, supportive, and adaptable to your energy levels and ability. You’ll be guided step by step, with encouragement to listen to your body rather than push through discomfort.
