Through a combination of wellbeing coaching, yoga, breathwork and restorative practices, you'll gain a deeper understanding of what supports your wellbeing and discover simple, practical ways to create more calm, balance and ease in everyday life.

Over four weeks, you'll learn practical tools to calm your mind, support your nervous system and respond to life's challenges with greater ease and resilience.

This is more than a yoga course. It's a guided wellbeing experience that combines movement, breathwork, coaching and education to help you create lasting changes in how you feel, think and navigate daily life.

Your investment includes membership to the full 4-week Calm Within experience, including guided yoga practices, small group wellness coaching, nervous system education, reflection prompts, and your personal regulation toolkit to support you beyond the programme.

What’s included

  • Weekly 1-hour guided small group wellbeing coaching session, helping you better understand stress, build resilience and develop practical tools to support your wellbeing. Sessions are delivered online via Zoom Mondays @ 1pm GMT (group wellness coaching sessions are not recorded for privacy purposes)

  • Weekly guided yoga and breathwork session - pre-recorded and sent via email - so you can practise at a time and place that suits you

  • Daily reflection prompts and gentle practices and tools you can return to in daily life

  • A safe, supportive small-group (max. 10 participants) environment

Group size

Group size is limited to max. 10 participants to ensure a more personal, supportive, and emotionally safe experience where you feel seen, heard, and gently guided throughout the programme.
