Welcome. I’m Sabina, founder of And Breathe.

For over 25 years, I have worked in corporate marketing leadership roles, coaching and private consultancy, supporting people and organisations to grow, lead and thrive in demanding environments.

Alongside that world, I spent over two decades immersed in practising and teaching gentle yoga, breathwork, mindfulness and somatic movement. These practices became more than something I taught. They became the tools that helped me stay grounded, navigate stress and reconnect with myself through the many challenges of life.

I created And Breathe Wellness as a gentler space for women in midlife and beyond. A space to pause, breathe, soften the pressure and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.

So many women spend years caring for others, pushing through exhaustion and ignoring what their bodies are quietly asking for. I wanted to create the kind of wellbeing support that helps women feel calmer, steadier and more at home in themselves again. Without pressure, perfection or overwhelm.

My approach blends nervous system supportive practices, gentle somatic movement, breathwork and mindfulness with the grounded insight of coaching and emotional wellbeing work.

Everything I offer is designed to work with your body, not against it.

This is not about striving for a better version of yourself.
It is about creating space to feel more connected, rested and supported in the life you already have.

But above all, And Breathe Wellness is about community. A welcoming space where women can feel seen, supported and encouraged as they move through change, growth and new beginnings together.
