Hi, I’m Sabina,

I created And Breathe Wellness to support women who want to move well, age well and continue living life to the fullest.

As we move through midlife and beyond, many of us begin to notice changes in our bodies. We may feel less flexible, less strong, or less confident in our movement. At the same time, we want to keep travelling, playing sport, enjoying our hobbies, spending time with family and embracing all that life has to offer.

I believe healthy ageing isn't about pushing harder or trying to turn back the clock. It's about learning how to support our bodies with the movement, strength, recovery and self-care they need to thrive.

With more than 30 years of experience in yoga, breathwork, mindfulness and movement education, I help women build the strength, flexibility, balance and confidence to stay active and independent for years to come.

My approach combines mindful movement, yoga, breathwork, mobility and wellbeing practices that support both physical and emotional health. Everything is designed to work with your body, not against it, and to fit into real life in a way that feels achievable and sustainable.
