Whether you are brand new to yoga and breathwork or returning to your practice, my classes are designed to help you slow down, feel grounded and support your wellbeing in a welcoming, non-judgemental environment.

Classes are gentle, supportive and suitable for a range of experience levels. Each class is designed to help you:

Breathwork is key


Breathwork is woven throughout every class and forms an important part of the practice at And Breathe Wellness.

Your breath is a powerful tool that can help calm the nervous system, release tension and bring you back into the present moment. By learning to connect with your breathing, you can begin to create more balance, clarity and ease both on and off the mat.

During classes, you will be gently guided through simple breathing techniques designed to support relaxation, focus and emotional wellbeing. These practices are suitable for beginners and can easily become supportive tools to use in everyday life whenever you need a moment to pause and reset.

What you need


Classes are held live online via Zoom, allowing you to join from the comfort of your own home.

To help you get the most from your practice, I recommend setting up in a quiet space where you can move comfortably and minimise distractions.

For your session, you may wish to have:

  • Comfortable clothing you can move and relax in

  • A yoga mat

  • Water nearby

  • A blanket and small cushion or pillow for relaxation

You are welcome to adapt your space and use whatever feels supportive and comfortable for you.
